Data Deletion
At Rankmanager, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
If you no longer wish to use our Services, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account directly from within the Rankmanager platform.
- Sign in to your Rankmanager account.
- Navigate to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Your user account
- Your profile information
- Connected websites
- Connected third-party integrations
- Access tokens and authentication credentials
- Generated content associated with your account
- Analytics and account-related data where applicable
- Other personal data associated with your account
Certain information may be retained where required by law, including:
- Billing and invoicing records
- Records required for tax or legal compliance
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
Third-Party Integrations
If you have connected third-party services, such as social media platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, or content management systems, those connections will be removed when your account is deleted.
Please note that deleting your Rankmanager account does not automatically delete your account with those third-party providers. If you wish to delete data held by those providers, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
Unable to Access Your Account?
If you cannot access your account but would like your data removed, please contact us through our contact page. Our support team will assist you after verifying your identity.
Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests promptly. In most cases, deletion is completed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
