8. AI-Generated Content

Rankmanager may generate recommendations, optimizations, or new content using AI.

You acknowledge that:

AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies
Results may require human review
You remain fully responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing content
Rankmanager does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or commercial results

9. Integrations

Rankmanager may connect with third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Google Search Console.

Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, API changes, restrictions, or failures caused by third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Rankmanager, including software, branding, design, platform logic, and proprietary technology, remain owned by Rankmanager or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy or reverse engineer the platform
Reproduce or distribute our software
Remove trademarks or notices
Use our branding without written permission

11. Availability & Changes

Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues may affect access.

Lost profits, traffic, sales, or data
SEO ranking losses
Business interruption
Third-party platform issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rankmanager during the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rankmanager harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your User Content
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights

15. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Payment fails
Use creates risk or abuse

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
