EU AI Act and AI-Generated Content: What Businesses Need to Know in 2026<\/h1>

Does this mean every business using AI needs to put an „AI-generated“ label underneath every blog post?<\/p>

No.<\/p>

The rules are more nuanced than that.<\/p>

What is the EU AI Act?<\/h2>

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act<\/strong>, commonly known as the EU AI Act, is the European Union’s regulatory framework for artificial intelligence.<\/p>

    The first article provides information about new legislation and may fall within the scope of matters of public interest. The second is a normal marketing and informational article.<\/p>

    For AI-generated text concerning matters of public interest, the EU AI Act provides an exception to the disclosure requirement where the content has undergone human review or editorial control and a person or organisation holds editorial responsibility for its publication.<\/p>
